What is AIYAI App?
AIYAI App lets you generate high-quality AI images and videos in seconds using text prompts or templates.
Is it free to use?
The app offers free and premium features. Some advanced tools may require a subscription.
What is the difference between a Free and a Pro account?
Free users receive a limited amount of daily credits to explore our AI tools. Pro subscribers enjoy faster generation speeds (Priority Queue), no watermarks, higher resolution exports, and access to exclusive "Pro-only" AI models and styles.
How do credits work?
Every generation (photo or video) costs a specific number of credits. Photos usually cost 1 credit, while AI Video generations may cost more depending on the length and complexity.
What happens if an AI generation fails?
If a generation fails due to a system error, the credits will automatically be refunded to your balance. If a generation is blocked by our safety filters, credits may not be refunded.
Can I use my generated content commercially?
Yes, users on a Pro/Paid plan are granted a commercial license to use the output for advertisements, social media marketing, and professional projects. Free tier users are restricted to personal, non-commercial use only.
Who owns the images and videos I generate?
You own the rights to the content you create on AIYAI. However, by using the platform, you grant AIYAI a license to host and process the content to provide our services. For Pro users, we offer full commercial usage rights.
What content is prohibited?
YWe have a zero-tolerance policy for: NSFW content, Deepfakes, Violence/Hate Speech, Copyright Infringement.
Why was my prompt "Flagged" or "Blocked"?
Our AI safety filter scans prompts for keywords that violate our community guidelines. If your prompt is flagged, try rephrasing it to focus on artistic style rather than sensitive subjects or specific people.
Why is my video generation taking so long?
Video generation is computationally expensive. During periods of high traffic, "Free" users may experience longer wait times. "Pro" users receive priority access to our GPU servers.
What file formats does AIYAI support?
We export photos in JPG/PNG and videos in MP4 (H.264). We recommend a stable Wi-Fi connection for high-resolution video downloads.
Are my photos used to train your AI?
By default, we do not use your private uploads to train our public models.
